Order a RSAMCC Polo in August

Orders will open again in August.

This Form is for one shirt.  If you need to order more than one please fill out a new form for each shirt.

Shirts will be available for pick up at any Pineapple Open Meeting or at the March Luncheon. If you need to arrange for a different pick up please contact Jennifer at rsamccpublicity@gmail.com.

Terms and conditions:  All Sales are Final.  No refunds or exchanges.  I acknowledge that I have viewed the sizing charts provided  and ordered accordingly. 

Please follow payment directions after you click the Order Now Button.  You have two options...online via credit card through our PayPal account that you do not need your own account for.  Or Manual Payment with Cash or Check (checks can be paid by mail).  Payments must be received by March 10th!  If you are not taken to a new page that confirms your info,  look on this form for a field that is missing that will show red if required.  Don't forget to select your size before proceeding!
