This Form is for one shirt. If you need to order more than one please fill out a new form for each shirt.

Terms and conditions: All Sales are Final. No refunds or exchanges. I acknowledge that I have viewed the sizing charts provided and ordered accordingly. If the shirt style becomes unavailable with the vendor, RSAMCC will select a style similar to that which is above and will contact me with the new style sizing to get an updated size from me. I will respond in a timely manner or RSAMCC will select the sizing closest to the previous style's sizing that I chose. All purchases must be picked up at an RSAMCC event prior to May 31, 2025 or it will be donated to RSAMCC.
Please follow payment directions after you click the Order Now Button. You have two options...online via credit card through our PayPal account that you do not need your own account for. Or Manual Payment with Cash or Check (checks can be paid by mail). Payments must be received within a month of your order! If you are not taken to a new page that confirms your info, look on this form for a field that is missing that will show red if required. Don't forget to select your size before proceeding!
