Online payment is our preferred payment method and we take most credit cards except America Express. We also take PayPal and Venmo. All payments are processed through PayPal and you do not need an account with them to do so and there is no fee.  Please follow the directions and complete checkout entirely. Note that Venmo will only work if you use a mobile advice entirely or along with a desktop but the mobile device must have the Venmo app installed). Some tips to avoid submission issues....You can use a computer or a mobile device to submit the online payment. A failed attempt for the application is indicated by not receiving Vendor Payment Status email and a failed payment is indicated by not receiving both a receipt from us and PayPal.  Please check your email that is associated with your payment form as well or your junk folders.  If you feel you completed checkout properly but are having submission issues try using a different device as some browsers or phones and computers with older operating systems seem to have issues with the form. Another reason some submissions do not go through is because check out was not completed after clicking the Checkout button.
