RSAMCC's calendar is packed with a range of activities that provides everyone with many opportunities to get together with their fellow members and enjoy fun events on the arsenal, around town and beyond.
Luncheons
From September through May, we gather each month for our General Membership Luncheon—a time to share a meal, build meaningful connections, and enjoy fellowship together.
Throughout the year, a few luncheon meetings include important club business, such as approving the annual budget, nominating and electing board members, and celebrating the installation of new leadership. When needed, members may also be asked to vote on proposed amendments to our Constitution and By-Laws.
Advance reservations are required for all luncheons. While childcare is not available onsite, infants under 6 months of age may attend provided they are they remain quiet and do not disrupt the program.
Eligible prospective members are welcome to attend up to two RSAMCC events as guests before joining. Individuals who are not eligible for membership may attend one event as the guest of an active member.
The club does not meet in June or July. In August, we kick off the new year with our Membership Launch Open House, and in May, we conclude the season with our special evening Awards Night celebration.
Fundraising
Events
The RSAMCC is dedicated to strengthening our community by investing in educational scholarships and community outreach grants, funded through a variety of annual fundraising initiatives. These events do more than raise support—they bring together military families and our surrounding community in a shared commitment to making a meaningful impact.
The success of each fundraiser is made possible through the generosity, dedication, and hard work of volunteers, donors, and supporters. We invite you to be part of this mission. Join our team, connect with your community, and make a lasting difference where we live and serve.
Activity Groups
Our members have diverse interests and we encourage meaningful connections through our activity groups, including Crafty Chicks, Mahj Squad, ChickLits (our book club), Bunco, Day Trip Divas, and many others.
Some groups meet on a regular monthly schedule, while others offer events that vary throughout the year. Be sure to check the newsletter calendar or your Evites.
All members are welcome to participate in activity groups at no additional cost. Please note that certain events or venues may require separate fees beyond annual club dues, and advance registration or RSVPs are necessary.
Activity groups are designed for adults, with occasional opportunities for older teens (16 and up) to participate when appropriate for the specific activity and stated in the Evite. Follow the link below for more info.
Evening Events
At RSAMCC, we believe every member should have the opportunity to connect, participate, and enjoy some of the experiences our club offers throughout the year. Recognizing that many of our members balance careers, family responsibilities, and busy schedules, we thoughtfully include some evening events to make participation more accessible.
We usually offer one to two main RSAMCC events on an evening or weekend each year and we have at least one monthly evening activity event with our Night Bites Activity Group.
Our calendar features a mix of member-exclusive gatherings and occasionally some select events open to the broader community. This year, our Board has curated an exceptional lineup of memorable experiences and engaging programs designed to bring people together.
