Fun with Fido Waiver

RSAMCC Fun with Fido Club is an activity group of the RSAMCC.  All attendees must be a current RSAMCC members and have submitted this form. This group will meet 1 or more times each month.  All dogs are required to be on 6 foot or shorter leash unless in a designated dog park. Dogs are required to have no known aggressive behavior to other dogs or people (noisy fun excited dogs are welcome, just not aggressive). All dogs must be up to date on their vaccinations, heartworm treatments and flea and tick treatment and remain up to date as long as they are participating in this club.

I recognize that the attendance at any dog activity involves inherent risks and dangers to myself, family, guests, others and my dog(s).  I hereby waive any claims and release the RSAMCC and their Board Members/Volunteers from any liability of any nature and for injury to myself, family, guests, others and my dog(s). while attending any dog related activity organized and authorized by the RSAMCC.  I also expressly assume the risk of any injury or liability, including such injury arising as a result of actions of any dog. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless RSAMCC and their board members from all claims by or on behalf of myself, my family or guests that accompany me, arising as a result of the actions or inaction of myself or my dog(s).
