Luncheon Payment

Please pay by the RSVP deadline and only for the upcoming luncheon. Please indicate your form of payment. We strongly encourage all our members to pay online with your CREDIT CARD (except American Express), PayPal or VENMO via the payment button below. If you wish to pay by Credit Card, continue to checkout by proceeding to the next step. You will have to go thru PayPal to enter your Credit Card information but there is NO fee and you do not need a PayPal account. Follow the instructions to the end of the submission process. PayPal cannot process American Express Cards through our system at this time. Please use another card type. If you wish to use your Venmo Account, please select Express Check out when that option pops up after submitting the form (Note: Venmo only works if you are using a device that also has the Venmo App on it). You will receive a confirmation email from us once you have submitted with successful payment and one from POWR (PayPal) once you have submitted your payment via CC/PayPal or Venmo. If you select manual payment you will see directions on how to pay by check or cash. NOTE: Do Not prepay for future luncheons as this requires us to track that and we do not have as system set up to do so.

To attend a luncheon you must RSVP to your evite or email RSAMCC reservations by Noon Friday before the luncheon. To cancel you must change your evite or notify RSAMCC reservations before the RSVP deadline of Noon Friday before the luncheon. There can be no refunds after the RSVP deadline unless you have notified reservations AND we are able to fill your spot from our waitlist. If we are unable to fill your spot or you are a no show, payment is still required if it has not already been submitted. Please pay promptly to maintain your good standing with the club and your membership. Please note only children 12 months or younger may accompany a luncheon guest but remain in their stroller.
