RSAMCC 2026-27 Membership Application

Welcome!

 

Please note that our annual membership runs June 1st thru May 31st.  Therefore, your membership will expire May 31st and a new annual membership form and payment will need to be submitted as a renewal after June 1st of each year.  Your membership is not considered complete until we have received your form as well as your payment.  You can submit your application and payment anytime online after mid-July. We offer a grace period to renewing members: if you were a member last year you will still receive RSAMCC communications and invitations until September after which only those that have renewed will maintain their membership. 

 

Online payment can be made with your credit card (not American Experss), PayPal or Venmo (only by using a mobile device that has the Venmo app installed). Some tips to avoid submission issues....You can use a computer or a mobile device to submit the online membership application, however if you have difficulties submitting your application (a failed attempt for the application is indicated by no membership status email confirmation and a failed payment is indicated by no receipt from us and PayPal).  Please check your email that is associated with your payment form or your junk folder.  If you are having submission issues try using a different device as some browsers or phones and computers with older operating systems seem to have issues with the form. Another reason some submissions do not go through is because check out was not completed after clicking the Checkout button. You must continue thru all steps of check out to complete your payment or to indicate your will be paying manually. Direction for a successful checkout are at the bottom of the form. If you continue with technical difficulties, contact webmaster@rsamcc.org.

 After renewing your membership, you can return to our JOIN page in the menu and complete the Activity Group Selection form to receive evites for any of activity groups. The Activity Selection form must also be renewed annually.  Activity group events are in addition to our regular Luncheons and club events and are at no additional charge. RSAMCC Members who are registered Activity Group members will have RSVP priority on Activity  Events.  IF you wish your spouse to also have RSVP priority to our Activity Group events, compete the membership form below as a couples membership and fill out the Activity Selection form as a couple as well (see instructions on the activity selection form page for more info).

Redstone Spouses and Military Community Club 2026-2027 Membership Application

RSAMCC membership eligibility is open to Active Duty and Retired Military, Federal Civilian Employees (Retired or Current), Government Contractors, Gold Star Families and immediate family members of these categories (aged 18 and above) residing in the Redstone Arsenal Area. Members must have individual installation access to Redstone Arsenal.

Please note that memberships are for our RSAMCC year

which is June 2026- May 2027.

Members must renew annually to maintain membership.

Eligibility

Please note that if you do not currently have Redstone Arsenal Installation Access, you will need to apply for a recreation pass through the Gate 9 Visitor Center during their business hours and you must present your Real ID at that time. To enquire about the current access policy, contact the Gate 9 visitor center at 256-876-7738. RSAMCC is not responsible for your ability go access the installation for our events.

As a member of RSAMCC, you are part of a philanthropic social club dedicated to friendship, service, and community involvement. While we encourage you to enjoy the many social events and activities we offer, we also invite you to make a meaningful impact by volunteering and supporting our Huntsville and Redstone Arsenal communities.

There are countless ways to get involved, whether by serving on the RSAMCC Executive Board or General Board, joining one of our event or program committees, or simply lending a hand whenever help is needed throughout the year.

Volunteer opportunities include honoring our veterans by laying wreaths, decorating The Summit for the holidays, assisting with club events and fundraisers, and spending a fun day on the course supporting our Pineapple Open golf fundraiser. No matter how much time you can give, every contribution helps strengthen our club and the communities we serve together—one good deed at a time.

If you wish your spouse to be invited to our activity group events with you, they must also be a RSAMCC member and a registered activity member to have priority RSVP status. If you wish to change your membership to a couples membership go to the top of this form select your membership level and enter their info where prompted.

If paying with a PayPal or Venmo account, please use Express Checkout at the top of your Checkout Page. If using Venmo you will need to either use a mobile device that has the Venmo app on it to apply for membership or use that device at checkout to scan the venmo qr code when prompted if using your laptop or desktop to apply.


If paying with credit card, select the PayPal option under the Payment section (not the express PayPal). All credit cards are processed through PayPal and there is no fee and no account is needed. Click on the PLACE ORDER and PAY button. If you have a PayPal account it will automatically take you to that payment portal if either you are using the same email that your account is linked to or your computer remembers your account info. If you wish to use another card not associated with your PayPal account, you can select the arrow next to your credit card listed and add a card. If you do not have a PayPal account it will ask you to enter credit card info (note that after entering your credit card info it will have a button that says create account and pay now. Select that so your card will process but you won't need to continue with any account set up). Please note that we are unable to process American Express cards through our PayPal system. Please select a different card type.


If paying by check via mail or cash, check or card in person at the next event please use the manual payment selection and click Place Order & Pay.. Do not skip this step or your submission will look like you abandoned the payment process unintentially.


If your Application submission is successful you will receive a membership status email. IF your payment was successful you will also receive two receipts via email (from us and PayPal). Please check all emails associated with your checkout process for your receipts ie if you checked out with your PayPal or Venmo account also check the email that is linked to those. If you have membership questions contact us at membership@rsamcc.org or if you have technical difficulties contact webmaster@rsamcc.org. Please note that if you have trouble completing the form on your mobile device, try on your computer or vice versa. Some operating systems can have difficulties from time to time with processing the form. The latest versions of Chrome, Firefox or Safari are recommended.
