Please note that our annual membership runs June 1st thru May 31st.  Therefore, your membership will expire May 31st and a new annual membership form and payment will need to be made after June 1st.  We do not prorate as your membership supports our philanthropic efforts. You can use any device to submit the online membership application, however if you have difficulties submitting your application (no thank you message at the bottom or email confirmation-check junk folder) try using a different device as some browsers or phones and computers seem to have issues with the form).  If you are unsure if your submission went thru and cannot find an email confirmation after 10 minutes, please contact rsamccwebmasterchair@gmail.com. 

There are several pages to the form, please continue thru the end and select Pay now on the last page if that is an option. You will select your payment option in the form and if paying online you will complete that at the end of the submission process.  Note that if you select the online payment option it will be via credit card thru PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account to use this option.  Just a credit card. There is a small processing fee for all online payments. If you select Manual Payment, then you will select offline payment on the 3rd page and see directions for sending in a check by mail or you can pay at then next RSAMCC luncheon or super sign up that same month. 

If your submission was successful you will receive a confirmation Thank you email from us (check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox).  If you paid by PayPal you will receive an email from PayPal confirming your payment.  We must receive both the application and payment before your membership is considered renewed for the coming year.  After renewing your membership, you can go to our JOIN page and compete the Activity group selection form to receive evites for all our activity groups. This must also be renewed each year.  These are in addition to our regular Luncheons and Fundraising events and are free to register for.

RSAMCC membership eligibility is open to Active Duty and Retired Military, Federal Civilian Employees (Retired or Current), Government Contractors, Gold Star Families and  immediate family members of these categories (aged 18 and above) residing in the Redstone Arsenal Area.  Members must have individual gate access to the arsenal.

Good Deeds, Good Times, Good Friends
RSAMCC has many ways to help out and get involved with our club and our wonderful Huntsville and Redstone Arsenal communities.  These opportunities range from serving on the RSAMCC executive board or general board, serving on one of our committees for our events, fundraisers, etc. to simply showing up and volunteering wherever help is needed throughout the year. By selecting one or more of the options below, you are simply offering to be contacted by our volunteer coordinator and you are not committed to anything at this time.  Feel free to contact her at rsamccvolunteers@gmail.com with any questions.

Photo Release: I give my permission for my image or likeness to be used in RSAMCC digital or print media

If you wish to pay by cash/check you will select Manual Payment when given the option when you submit this form and follow the instructions. Applications for membership will be held for approval until a payment is received.

If I have a reservation for any event and do not cancel in accordance with the event’s reservation policy, I understand that I will be responsible for payment regardless of attendance.
