What should I wear?
Pull out your denim for a comfy night of games and fun and don't forget to add your bling for a little sparkle! Flannels, sweaters and other seasonal cozy clothing is welcome.
Is there assigned seating?
It is open seating. If you want to “save a table” for a group, we recommend you arrive early (doors open at 5:30 p.m.). Even better, volunteer to help! Volunteers get access to tables before the doors open.
Are drink tickets included?
Tickets include dinner and one raffle ticket. There will be a cash bar with wine, beer and a specialty cocktail. Tea, water and a non-alchoholic drink are at no charge. Drink tickets are $10 for 2 or $5 for 20.
How do the games and raffles work?
We'll have some amazing items for our raffles and you can put as many raffle tickets towards the prize of your choice as you like. You win your raffle tickets by playing our games. Game tickets will be available for purchase ahead on your ticket form (at a discount) or in person at the event. Pre-purchase will be 5 tickets for $25 and in person will be 5 tickets for $30. Each tickets gets you one turn at one of our 5 games. Raffle tickets are won with each success at the game. They you place your raffle ticket in the coordinating bucket by the prize that you wish to win. The more tickets you place in your bucket the better your chances of winning the prize. Some games require skill and some just luck, but all reward you with loads of fun!
Can I pay for my tickets at the door?
Due to the nature of this event, all tickets must be paid for in advance. You can pay online with a credit card or mail a check or pay at the October Luncheon. Checks must be RECEIVED by our treasurer no later than October 31st, so please do not delay if that is your preferred method of payment. Your reservation is not confirmed until payment has been received.
Who can attend this event?
This event is open to anyone 21 and up who has gate access to Redstone Arsenal and their guests. Guests who cannot access the base on their own may enter the base in your car with you under the Trusted Traveler program. If security measures on Redstone Arsenal at the time of the event are changed such that they will affect your ability to bring guests onto base (i.e., if the Trusted Traveler program is temporarily suspended), RSAMCC is not responsible for unused tickets.
I bought tickets but now I cannot attend. Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable, even if the reservation window is still open. You may transfer your tickets to another eligible party. Contact our Reservations Chair to make the change.
