Join us for the September Welcome Luncheon!
We look forward to seeing you at this special Community Showcase Luncheon. We have so many great local and military organizations joining us to share all the great things happening around us.
Doors officially open at 11 but if we are ready to go we'll start check in as early as 10:45.
Don't forget your Lapel Pin if you already have yours. If not you can pick up your pin at the luncheon.
Our menu is our Octoberfest German themed menu.
While childcare is not available onsite, infants under 6 months of age may attend.
The cost for the event is $25. There is a link in your evite to pay with credit card via paypal or Venmo (Venmo may be used if you are on a device connected with your Venmo account). No fee is charged. We encourage everyone to pay this way to help us keep track of payments. You can also pay on this site by clicking the button below or going under Activities to the luncheon payment page. PLEASE RSVP BY NOON on Friday beforehand. You will not be able to RSVP yes on the evite after the deadline. If you pay on PayPal after the deadline and have not RSVP'd by email or evite, you will be placed on a waiting list. If you miss the RSVP date, email rsvp@rsamcc.org to be placed on a waiting list.
If you would like to pay for multiple reservations in one transaction, please visit the reservations page on the RSAMCC website. It can be found under the Activities tab.
Click on the evite button below to view your evite from your personal evite account (note...you must have set up an evite account for this to connect and show you all your evites in one place).
Please note that even if you have not paid for the event and you do not show up after placing your yes rsvp you still owe for the luncheon cost. The club has overhead costs that must be met with the summit for food and facility rental. To cancel you must change your reply on your evite to No by the Friday before by noon. If you miss the rsvp deadline and wish to join us please contact reservations at the above email to request to be placed on the waitlist.
